+Create SPL Master
+*************************************************************

+This tools developed to help create SPL master automatically. User still need to unlock the Connect first. Application will check and show message if the DUT need to unlock.
+
+Pre-setup before the application works.
+1. Apache server need to run and the server IP need to set to 169.254.2.2
+2. Copy the "SPL" folder from installed directory and place it into "Apache2.2/htdocs"
+3. You should see 2 files in "Apache.../htdocs/SPL" folder
+	a. spl_localsettings.txt
+	b. spl_netsettings.txt
+4. Please do not change the filename it will causing the application not working.
