Create SPL Master
*************************************************************
This tools developed to help create SPL master automatically. User still need to unlock the Connect first. Application will check and show message if the DUT need to unlock.
Pre-setup before the application works.
1. Apache server need to run and the server IP need to set to 169.254.2.2
2. Copy the "SPL" folder from installed directory and place it into "Apache2.2/htdocs"
3. You should see 2 files in "Apache.../htdocs/SPL" folder
a. spl_localsettings.txt
b. spl_netsettings.txt
4. Please do not change the filename it will causing the application not working.
